The Personalities
Fire
Those of the element of fire live with passion and energy. They are very emotional and quick to act on feelings. Generally impatient, fire types tend to believe that the fastest solution is the best. Unfortunately for their enemies, the fastest solution is usually violence. A combination of this and their short tempers makes fire elements dangerous to be around at times.

Wind
A wind element is a free spirit. They do what they like, what makes them feel good, caring little of the consequences. Wind types dislike anything that weighs them down, be it rules, material possessions, negative feelings, or even people. Their whimsical nature tends to make them unreliable, unless their task is enjoyable, in which case they will do it with enthusiasm.
Earth

Order
Order’s followers tend to follow a more structured path than most. The growth they encourage often requires a certain manner of doing things. They tend to plan things out and think before they act. Their collected minds often make them well suited to be leaders, though their tendencies to adhere to habit, tradition, and routine make them steadfast followers of their beliefs.
Chaos
It is easier to destroy than to create, easier to cause chaos than bring about order, so Chaos elements tend to follow a free and undisciplined path.
